DanceTastic Terms and Consitions

1) METHOD OF PAYMENT: Debit or cheque.  Dance lesson fees must be paid during registration or registration is not complete, and your son/daughter's spot is not guarenteed.
Recreational program: Price per year $565.00/class including H.S.T. plus $35.00 registration fee for new customers
 (Program starts the week of September 12th, 2011 and runs  until June 8th, 2012).   

2) COSTUME FEES: FULL COSTUME PAYMENT IS DUE UPON REGISTRATION (DATED: December 1st, 2011)
$75.00/costume for Primary/Junior hip hop discipline.  $90.00/costume for Inter/Teen hip hop discipline. $125.00/costume for all other disciplines and levels (excluding hip hop).

3) D.T.S NO-HASSLE REFUND GUARANTEE VALID FOR 4 MONTHS: No-hassle, money-back guarantee valid for 4 whole months (final drop date is December 1st, 2009) If for whatever reason your child does not plan on finishing the entire season (September to May), we’ll refund the unused portion of your dance fees, minus an administration fee of $50.00.

ANY REQUEST FOR A REFUND MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING. NON-ATTENDANCE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR MISSED CLASSES. PLEASE ALLOW 4 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING REFUNDS. IN THE EVENT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM PROGRAM (BEFORE DECEMBER 1st, 2009) PARTICIPANT IS SUBJECT TO A $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE ADMINISTRATION FEE. THE FINAL DROP DATE TO BE ILLEGIBLE FOR A REFUND IS DECEMBER 1st 2010. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER DECEMBER 1st 2010.

4) N.S.F. (non-sufficient funds) Cheques are subject to a $40.00 fee.

5) WINTER MONTHS: IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A SAFE ENVIROMENT DURING THE WINTER MONTHS, WE ASK THAT ALL DANCERS AND PARENTS REMOVE THEIR OUTDOOR SHOES AT THE DOOR PRIOR TO ENTERING THE STUDIO RECEPTION AREA.

6) CLASS CANCELLATIONS/MISSED CLASSES: DANCETASTIC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCELL CLASS DUE TO POOR WEATHER CONDITIONS. IF DANCERS MISS CLASSES, THERE ARE NO MAKE-UP CLASSES OFFERED. PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT CLASSES WITH LESS THAN 4 DANCERS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.
